Our garment division constitutes of about 5,000 full-time employees, with roughly 4500 workers and 500 staff members. Comfort Group functions with 14 different but interdependent departments. Each department is led by a number of managers or senior officers, known as the "Departmental Heads", who are responsible for their respective department's job allocations, problem resolutions, performance assessments and career track decisions.
